2. You can email your camera ready art as a *.jpg or *.gif file

3. Left Chest or hat size, 3-3.5", is a single charge of $39.00,
   which includes a physical stitchout emailed or mailed to you
   The file can be emailed to you as a *.cnd or *.dst format.

4. Sleeve designs are digitized for $39-60.00 depending on complexity & stitchcount
   Back designs are digitized for $60-150.00 depending on complexity

5. If you need a CD disc, it is $5.00 for packaging and mailing.
   Overnight via US Postal Service is about $15.00~

6. If for some reason your stitchout is not working on your media (hats,etc)
   We will continue to adjust it at no extra cost & email the design.

7. We do not or will not use other designers artwork. Most of the time, we have
   found extreme high density or other poor quality.
